2025 APCM

10.30am Sunday 18th May at St James Fletchamstead

We are looking forward to celebrating all that God has done in our churches in 2024, and looking ahead to this year of 2025.

Our APCMs are shared and taking simultaneously at St James Fletchamstead. We’ll gather to worship, to do the business of the APCM and then share in communion. This will include:

  • Approve the Minutes of the last meetings

  • Election of Churchwardens of each Parish

  • Receive the written reports of each Benefice

  • Receive the financial reports of each Benefice

  • Listen to the Vicar’s report (also Priest-in-Charge of St James)

  • Elect and appoint Joint Council & PCC members

  • Hear about the next stages of becoming one benefice

With regards accessibility, St James’ main room is fully accessible and there are accessible toilets.

Parking at St James can either be on nearby roads, using the left side of the Newland’s Pub Car Park or the Church Hall car park. Please be mindful of the local neighbours.

A note for Parents and Carers

For those with 0-4s, there will be a parent led Creche in the upstairs Creche overlooking the main room, this will allow you to see and hear all that’s going on downstairs.

For those with 5-11s, there will children’s work taking place in the Church Hall (on Westcotes), please click the button below to register them to attend to ensure we have enough team to attend. If your child is 4 and you think they would be mature enough to attend, please email anna@thebridgecoventry.org.

For those with 11-17s, there will be a youth group taking place on in the Upper Room of St James.
