Youth & Students Discipleship Enabler(s)

We are recruiting to strengthen our ministry to youth, students, and media across The Bridge. This post or these posts are designed with flexibility in mind, and applicants are invited to apply for the full role (covering youth, students, and media), students and media, or youth only. • Salary: £29,250 (pro rata).

• Contract: 3 Year Fixed Term

• Hours: 15 or 30 hours per week (dependent on application and role) with flexible and hybrid working. Shared Office facilities are provided.

• Location: The Bridge offices and churches within the Benefice.

• Probation: To be reviewed after 3 months.

• DBS: A DBS check is required for this role.

• Pension: Legal & General (5%)

• Annual Leave: 5 weeks (pro rata) plus Public/Bank Holidays

This role requires a Genuine Occupational Requirement (GOR) for the candidate to be a Christian because it is an active role within a Christian Church.

This role is exempt under the Equality Act 2010, part 1 of Schedule 9.
