OPERATIONS MANAGER
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to bring oversight and leadership to the life of our growing family of churches in Coventry. This key role supports ministry and mission by managing HR, finance, safeguarding, communications, media, and events, while leading our operations and admin team.

Salary: £31,200 (pro rata).
Contract: 12 months Fixed Term
Hours: 25 hours per week with flexible and hybrid working. Shared Office facilities are provided.
Location: The Bridge offices and churches within the Benefice.
Probation: To be reviewed after 3 months.
DBS: A DBS check is required for this role.
Pension: Legal & General (5%)
Annual Leave: 5 weeks (pro rata) plus Public/Bank Holidays
This role requires a Genuine Occupational Requirement (GOR) for the candidate to be a Christian because it is an active role within a Christian Church.
This role is exempt under the Equality Act 2010, part 1 of Schedule 9.
